Returns & Exchanges
At ShineShine Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is very important to us.
We take pride in providing high-quality skincare, beauty, and wellness products.Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept eligible return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery for domestic orders and within 10 days of delivery for international orders.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
The request must be submitted within the approved return window
For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, certain items are non-returnable.

Opened cosmetics or beauty products
Personal care or hygiene items
Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items
Gift cards
Digital products
Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer handling
International orders refused by customs authorities
Orders delayed due to customs processing or carrier delays
Because skincare and cosmetic products are considered personal-use items, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our hygiene and safety standards.
Damaged, Defected or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
A damaged item
A defective product
An incorrect item
A missing item

A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:
A replacement
Store credit
A partial refund

We reserve the right to deny claims submitted outside the required timeframe.
Exchanges
We only replace items if:
The wrong item was shipped
The product arrived damaged or defective
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for:
Product preference changes
Skin reactions
Fragrance preferences
Shade/color mismatches
Buyer’s remorse
Product Review
Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, ingredient lists, and usage instructions before purchasing.
Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivity
Please review all ingredient lists carefully before use.
Shineshine Cosmetics is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse skin responses resulting from:
Individual allergies
Ingredient sensitivities
Improper use
Combining products with incompatible treatments or medications
We strongly recommend patch testing all skincare products before full application.
International Shipping & Customs
We proudly ship internationally.
However, international customers are responsible for:
Customs duties
Import taxes
VAT charges
Brokerage fees
Country-specific import restrictions
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled by Shineshine Cosmetics.
We are not responsible for:
Customs delays
Packages held by customs
Confiscated items
Returned packages due to unpaid customs fees
Delivery delays caused by international carriers
If an international package is returned to us due to:
Incorrect address
Failure to claim package
Refused delivery
Unpaid customs fees
The customer may be responsible for:
Original shipping costs
Return shipping costs
Re-shipping fees
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Shineshine Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing:
Please contact the shipping carrier directly
Verify the shipping address entered at checkout
Check with neighbors or your local post office
We may assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow:
5–10 business days for domestic banks
Additional processing time for international financial institutions
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not already been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing, packaging, or shipment stages, it cannot be canceled.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for:

Lost Packages
Failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered during checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Fraud Prevention
For security purposes, Shineshine Cosmetics reserves the right to:
Refuse suspicious orders
Cancel high-risk transactions
Request identity verification before shipment
Orders flagged by our payment processor or fraud-prevention systems may be delayed or canceled.
